1. About these terms

These terms govern all services provided by Gaye Güngör, trading as Move to Italy with Gaye Güngör. By booking or paying for any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

All services are personal coaching and advisory services only. Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice. Gaye Güngör is not a licensed lawyer, notary, or immigration agent and does not act as one.

3. Bookings and payment

Services are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment as specified. All fees are stated in euros and are due as outlined in your service agreement. Prices are subject to change but will never change once an agreement is signed.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Discovery calls may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. For paid services, cancellations made more than 7 days before the engagement begins will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. Once an engagement has begun, fees already paid are non-refundable. Unscheduled or unused calls or sessions within a package are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling

Calls and sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited at Gaye Güngör's discretion.

6. Scope of service

Each service is clearly defined in its description and in your signed agreement. Anything not explicitly listed as included is not included. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

7. Communication

All client communication takes place during office hours unless otherwise agreed. Response times outside office hours are not guaranteed. Emergency exceptions are at Gaye Güngör's discretion.

8. Third party referrals

Where Gaye Güngör introduces clients to third party professionals, she does so in good faith based on her own experience and relationships. She is not responsible for the work, conduct, fees, or outcomes of any third party.

9. Scouting trips

For any in-person scouting or travel services, clients are responsible for all their own travel, accommodation, food, and transport costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gaye Güngör is not liable for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or circumstances beyond her control.

10. Limitation of liability

Gaye Güngör's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. She is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from her services or advice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your engagement.
